The value of the product a customer wishes to exchange will be provided based on your product condition after physical verification. After you fill up and confirm all your exchange parameters you are now bound to give your old product to our delivery person, or else the order will be cancelled. In case of exchange and purchase, it may take 1 or 2 working days more than usual time to deliver you the product. In case of any paid order for exchange, the final amount will be adjusted based on physical inspection of the product. Transcom digital has all the rights to cancel the order at any time if any anomalies found. Transcom Digital has every right to change the exchange value at any time based on the business needs and market scenario or any other reasons. Customer will be notified accordingly before the exchange process completed.
