How do I pay for my order?

We accept payment via all major debit and credit cards. EMI and product loan facility are also available.

You can also select Payment on Delivery (POD) as payment mode as we deliver products in every major cities.

My payment has failed. What can I do?

A transaction may be rejected at payment gateway for different reasons such as incorrect payment details submitted or transaction limit exceeding.

In case you feel you have been charged for a failed transaction please wait for 24-48 hours for an auto refund or contact your issuer bank.

What are our payment methods?

1. Transcom Electronics Limited warrants that the product specified in this card is free from defects in material and workmanship.
2. This limited Warranty extends from the beginning date of original purchase and is valid as per the period mentioned in this warranty card.

How can I order for large quantities of the product as part of a corporate order?

Can I use cash/payment on delivery payment for every product I buy on Transcom?

Usually we accept but the availability of cash/payment on delivery option depends on factors like sales event, national crisis, type of products etc.
