Paying For Your Order

Transcom Digital offers you a range of methods to make payment for your order from us. Generally, the payment method is determined at the time of confirmation of purchase and available methods often depends on the item’s availability in the outlet.

Payment Method

Cash on Delivery (COD)

A customer can make payment with cash upon receiving the product through home delivery or during receiving items from the store.

Point of Sales (POS)

A customer can make the payment by swapping a card (debit/credit) or through online digital payment before receiving the products. We take payments made through any credit or debit cards issued from Bangladesh and abroad which are authorized by VISA, Mastercard or American Express. Transcom Digital accepts bank cards for payment. In order to complete the card payment by using your credit or debit card, you will need your card number, expiry date & OTP (One-time password) which will be issued by your bank through SMS and email.

Mobile Money Transfer (MFS)

Payment can also be made by mobile money transfer through Mobile Financial Services (MFS). Transcom Digital accepts take payments made through bKash [Merchant Number: 01755558845].

Payment through online bKash:

Before you proceed to make your payment through bKash, please ensure that:

  • You have a registered and activated bKash account.
  • You have enough balance in your bKash wallet to make the total payment.
  • You are able to receive your OTP (One-time-password) on your mobile and have a valid bKash pin.

To make payment through bKash, follow the process:


Select bKash from the payment method choices


Input your bKash Account number. A message with a verification number will be sent to your registered mobile phone number.


Enter the bKash Verification code


Enter your pin number.

Equated Monthly Installment (EMI)

Transcom Digital offers payment through EMI against payment made by a large number of Banks. For online/ POS payment, customers can avail 12, 24 or 36-month EMI services in 0% interest, depending on the product. A customer can also avail an extended EMI service with an additional charge.

Pay at store

After placing an order from the website, a customer can pick up the product from the stores & pay while receiving the item. In case of payment already made, the customer can pick up a product from store after getting the shipment confirmation.

Loan: For the convenience of the customer, Transcom Digital offers Shohoj Kisti facility, supported by IPDC. A customer can avail this loan to make payment for their purchase.

Employee Purchase Scheme (EPS)

Transcom Group employees or other selected corporate clients can avail the employee purchase scheme.


If you have any coupon for discount or gift, you must put the coupon code before checkout. After you have provided the coupon coed, Transcom Digital will calculate your payable amount or the gifts/benefits against the coupon. If you miss to enter the coupon code before placing an order, you may use the coupon for the next purchase, upon the validity deadline of the coupon.


Transcom Digital ensures a smooth and prompt refund of your payment in applicable cases depending upon the refund terms and conditions. If Transcom Digital fails to deliver the product due to product stock shortage, national crisis, technical glitch or any other reason, or if you cancel an order after making payment, you will get a refund of your payment if you are eligible and according to our refund policy. The time required to complete the refund process is usually 15 working days.
