How to raise a complaints

You can raise and submit a complaint about the item/product unit you have purchased from Transcom Digital with us anytime. Transcom Digital will promptly look into your complaint and take necessary measures to solve the issue.

To raise a complaint about any product that you have purchased, or about our services, you need to can create an account on our website. If you have a complaint, you can either leave a review of the product that you have purchased or reach out to us through “Contact Us” which you can find at the bottom of our website. To contact us you have to provide your valid email address, contact number, and write down your enquiry or complaint.
