    1. Samsung Service Team will provide schedule to the Customer for picking up his/her product which is eligible for pick-up service and the product will be picked up accordingly.
    2. After diagnosis, the repair estimate will be shared with the Customer in case of Out of Warranty services.
    3. After repair works, upon full payment of the service bill in case of Out of Warranty services, the product delivery schedule will be shared with Customer by Transcom Digital Service Team and the product will be delivered to the Customer premises accordingly.

TV Home Call Job pre-requisite

  1. For hazy/ noisy/ snowy pictures in RF line/ dish cable line, please communicate with your dish service provider to check & confirm your dish cable condition.
  2. At the time of thundering, please open the RF line/ dish cable line and TV power cable from the socket to avoid thundering damage.
  3. Please check for loose connection of the TV power cable from the socket.
  4. At the time of repair work, the Customer has to provide the minimum space required as per TV size for the repair work to be done.
  5. In case of a Smart TV, the wi-fi router should be placed within 10 feet distance from the TV.
  6. In case of Smart TV, the wi-fi router should have a minimum internet speed of 1 MBPS/ 8 Mbps.

Some instructions for oven installation

  1. Put the oven on a counter, table, or shelf that is strong enough to hold the oven and the food and utensils you put in it. (The control panel side of the oven is the heavy side. Use care when handling.)
  2. For correct operation, the oven must have sufficient airflow. Allow 20 cm of space above the oven, 10 cm at back and 5 cm at both right & left side. Do not cover or block any opening on the appliance. Do not remove feet.
  3. Do not operate or allow the oven to be operated with the door open.
  4. The socket must be readily accessible so that it can be easily unplugged in an emergency case.
  5. The oven must be grounded.

Warning: Improper use of the grounding plug can result in a risk of electric shock.

UTENSIL GUIDE for Oven:

  1. The ideal material for a microwave utensil is transparent to microwave, it allows energy to pass through the container and heat the food.
  1. Microwaves cannot penetrate metal, so metal utensils or dishes with metallic trim should not be used.
  1. Do not use recycled paper products when microwave cooking, as they may contain small metal fragments which may cause sparks and/or fires.
  1. Round /oval dishes rather than square/oblong ones are recommended, as food in corners tends to overcook.
  1. Narrow strips of aluminum foil may be used to prevent overcooking of exposed areas. But be careful don’t use too much and keep a distance of 1 inch (2.54cm) between foil and cavity.

Before calling for service of the Oven:

  • If the oven fails to operate:
  1.  Check to ensure that the oven is plugged in securely. If it is not, remove the plug from the socket, wait 10 seconds, and plug it in again securely.
  2.  Check to ensure that the control panel is programmed correctly and the timer is set.
  3.  Check to ensure that the door is securely closed engaging the door safety lock system. Otherwise, the microwave energy will not flow into the oven.

Some instructions for washing machine usage:

  1. Dismantling, repairing or alterations should only be carried out by professional technicians to avoid electric shock, fire, and body injury due to improper activity.
  2. Please use the single socket with rate specification. The share of the same socket with other electric appliances may cause fire due to excessive heat.
  3. Please use the grounding socket to prevent electricity leak which may cause injuries.
  4. Electricity supply must be unplugged with dry hands. Otherwise, this may cause electric shock.
  5. Do not put your hand into the basket until it has stopped completely. Even when the spinning of the basket is slow, there is still a danger of being caught in the motion, resulting injuries. Particular attention should be paid to when children are around.
  6. Do not put your hands into the washing spinning basket during the washing and rinsing process. Even when the spinning is slow, hands may be trapped by clothes. If necessary, please press pause button, and put your hands into the basket after it has stopped completely.
  7. Damaged or loosen wire or plug should not be used. Otherwise electric shock, short circuit or fire may take place.
  8. Do not damage power cord. Do not damage, alter the wire forcibly bend, pull, twist or handle the wire. Besides this, please do not press or trap the wire. Damage of wire may cause electric shock or fire.
  9. Keep child away from the washing spinning basket and do not place box or shelves next to the washing machine. Children may fall into the basket resulting in injuries.
  10. Thoroughly wipe the power plug when dirt is adhering the prong or around the base of the prong. Failure to do so may cause a fire.
  11. The washing machine is strictly prohibited to get close to the locations with candle, mosquito repellent incense, dog-end or other kinds of open flame. This is to avoid injuries caused by the machine damage.
  12. Do not put the laundry attached with combustibles or inflammables into washing basket. This is to prevent fire or explosion which may cause injuries.
  13. Do not insert a screwdriver into the Lid Lock hold. This is to avoid injuries caused by the machine damage.
  14. Do not open the lid at locked status by force. Otherwise, the lid or locking device may be damaged, resulting in unstoppable spinning of washing spinning basket and thus causing injuries.
  15. Do not pull the cord itself from the socket when unplugging the unit. To avoid electric shock or fire cause by short circuit may result.
  16. Do not stand on or put weight on the top of the unit. Otherwise, deformation and damage may result causing injuries.
  17. Do not connect to the hot water supply. And, water of above 50 degree C should not be used for washing. Electric shock or leakage may occur due to deformation of plastic parts of the unit.
  18. Keep hands and feet away from the bottom of the washing machine when it is rotating. Rotating parts beneath the unit may cause injuries.
  19. Please unplug the unit when not using the unit for a long period of time. Electric shock or leakage due to aging of insulator may cause fire.
  20. Water supply hose should be tightly screwed to the unit.  Failure to do so may result in water leakage. After being used for a long period of time, the unit may result in water leakage caused by loosen union nut, so please check it in time and screw tightly again.
  21. Check water supply hose connection by turning on the water before washing. To prevent damages caused by possible water leakage due to loosen screw.
  22. Please turn off the water tap when not using the unit. This is to prevent damages caused by water leakage.
  23. Do not wash, rinse and spin the waterproofed fabric or cloth. Otherwise, this may lead to injury by abnormal vibration during spinning or damage the washing machine, wall, floor and clothes.
  24. The washing machine is not to be used by children or persons with reduced physical sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction.
  25.  The washing machine bottom must not be obstructed by carpeting when it is installed on a carpet floor.

  1. The unit should be installed on a flat, solid & horizontal surface.
  2. Washing machine should not be installed in a humid place or in a place exposed to wind or rain. This is to prevent electricity leak causing electric shock or fire.
  3. Avoid installing the unit too close to the wall. Otherwise it may cause sudden stop or abnormal sound during the spinning cycle.
  4. The grounded power socket, water inlet line and the drain line should be ready by the Customer before installation of the machine.
  5. The water flow should be fair enough for completing the washing cycle properly. The less water flow may cause hindrance for the machine to be run properly.

Washing Machine home call jobs Pre-requisite:

  1. Never conduct repairs by yourself as it may be dangerous.
  2. If the power supply cord is damaged, please repair it in a repair shop appointed by the manufacturer or its service agents in order to avoid a hazard.
  3. The water flow should be fair enough for completing the washing cycle properly. The less water flow may cause hindrance for the machine to be run properly.
  4. If the machine is loaded with extra cloths, then machine can shake abnormally and take extra time for the cycle to be completed. Please follow the User Manual for proper loading guide.
  5. If voltage fluctuation happens, then the machine can shake abnormally and take extra time for the cycle to be completed. Please ensure proper single phase voltage.
  6. The water drain line should be kept with a downward slope so that the water can drain properly.
