How do I place an order?

Shopping at Transcom Digital is easy and secure. Placing an online order requires just few steps:

  • Select a/an product/item you would like to purchase, and then click the add to cart button from either the quick view or product details page.
  • You can then choose to continue shopping or go directly to checkout.
  • Once you finished shopping, click on shopping cart at the top right corner of the page, and follow the checkout page.
  • You will receive an email and sms confirming your order that includes your order number.

How do I check my order status?

Want to know what’s happening with your order? See below to learn how to check an order’s status.

  • Step1: Sign in to your Transcom Digital account.
  • Step2: On your account dashboard, go to order history.
  • Step3: Once the page opens, simply find the order you are looking to check to see its current status.

How Quickly My Order will be processed?

You can check the delivery timelines from our product details page where you can have a clear sight about the tentative delivery time.

Please note that on occasion, such as during holidays, rush, national crisis and large sale events, there maybe a slight delay in processing time. Your order is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.

 

  1. Usually, we offer 1-3 working days delivery within Dhaka and for outside Dhaka delivery time 5-7 working days. In case of limited stock or not saleable good, it may delay to process your order. In such case our order management team shall inform you over the phone within 24 hours (1 working Day) from the order date.
How do I cancel an order?

A- Before cancellation, please check your order status from your account.

You can easily cancel your order in online by using your account page and for that go to your account and click on the order history page and look for a cancel order button.

Please note that, your orders on transcomdigital.com can only be cancelled before the order status are in “Shipped” mode.

B- In that case you can return the product once you have received the product and apply for refund. To know more of our return and refund policy please check.
